Meet Kevin J. Warmbrandt
Kevin J. Warmbrandt is an attorney with more than 34 years experience and dedicates his practice to helping clients who have been accused of violating the law, whether the case involves a criminal offense with serious consequences or a civil infraction. He defends clients against all traffic related offenses and criminal charges including all DUI related offenses.
Additionally, he assists clients who have incurred driver license suspensions or revocations, and helps guide them to obtain reinstatement regardless of their record. Furthermore, Mr. Warmbrandt has experience in helping clients expunge and/or seal their criminal records, obtain restoration of their civil rights as well as obtaining relief for clients despite any past conviction.
As a criminal defense lawyer, he defends clients against misdemeanor and felony charges including drug offenses, theft, weapon charges, and handles matters requiring requests for bond reduction, probation violations and domestic violence cases.
He has represented thousands of clients who have received traffic tickets, CDL drivers, red light camera violations, and all offenses relating to a client's drivers license including but not limited to, driving on a suspended license, no valid or expired license, plus criminal traffic offense such as reckless driving, leaving the scene of a crash, racing on a highway, and fleeing and eluding a police officer.
Mr. Warmbrandt is a former state prosecutor, and combined with his experience as a defense attorney has tried and participated in more than 100 bench and jury trials and motion and evidentiary hearings. He served several years on the Florida Bar Committee on Traffic and DUI rules, responsible for creating the rules for traffic and DUI cases in the state of Florida.
He has also authored published articles relating to traffic stops and DUI arrests. Mr. Warmbrandt is further dedicated to helping clients in both residential and commercial landlord disputes whether the client is attempting to regain possession or is attempting to keep possession.
